KL 200 with a hot-air welding unit (Basis: PFAFF 8320):

  • For processing of thermoplastic synthetic material
  • Fix installed in the production unit or exchangeable (on rolls) with the sewing unit
  • Welding ensures a continuous production process without consumables (needle, thread)


Additional Equipment

  • Integration of a double felt device and a web edge guide control for double felt seams
  • Ink Jet Printer for customer specific print onto the material during the manufacturing process
  • Filter tube folding- and binding unit
  • Dot marking unit to mark the position of the supporting rings
  • Further additional equipment upon customer request
